Greenville, GA – Retail Interior Demolition (Shell Conversion)

Selective interior demolition of an existing retail building in Greenville, Georgia, converting a former discount retail space into a clean, open shell ready for redevelopment.
Project Overview

345 CARES was engaged to remove all interior buildout components and return the structure to a functional base condition for future tenant use.

The project required full interior strip-out while maintaining structural integrity and preparing the building for next-phase construction.

Scope of Work
What We Stripped & Cleared
  • 01Demolition of ~130 LF interior metal partition wall system
  • 02Removal of two existing restrooms with plumbing cap-off for future tie-in
  • 03Removal and disposal of all existing lighting fixtures
  • 04Full removal of acoustical ceiling tile (ACT) and suspension grid
  • 05Selective removal of structural steel framing (per plan)
  • 06Removal of (4) HVAC units, associated ductwork, and line sets
  • 07Interior debris removal, hauling, and site cleanout
Execution Approach
Structural Integrity Maintained. Full Interior Cleared.

Every system was sequenced and separated carefully — this wasn't a gut-and-go job. What stayed had to stay clean, what left had to leave without damaging what surrounds it.

Coordinated demolition sequencing to maintain structural stability
Segregation and recycling of metals and mechanical equipment where applicable
Clean separation of systems for future reuse and tie-ins
Full interior clearing to deliver unobstructed floor space
Maintained jobsite safety and efficiency throughout large open-area demolition
Result
Open Shell. Ready for Whatever Comes Next.

Delivered a fully cleared, open-shell structure ready for redevelopment, allowing ownership to reposition the asset for future tenant buildout or adaptive reuse.
