345 CARES provided design-build support for temporary make-safe barrier systems used to secure active demolition zones within a public-facing retail and pedestrian corridor.

The project required installation, relocation, and maintenance of barrier systems across multiple phases as stairwell demolition progressed throughout the site.

028' tall framed structures with plywood enclosure for full visual and physical separation
03Integrated hinged access doors with lockable latches for controlled contractor entry
04Exterior paint finish applied to all public-facing surfaces for uniform appearance
05Ongoing maintenance and repair of barrier systems throughout project duration
06Phased relocation of barriers across (11) stairwell locations as work progressed
07Final removal and relocation to client storage facility at project completion
